Contact SerialMint
An honest note about getting help with a tool that has no accounts, no inbox and no support desk.
There is no inbox behind this page
SerialMint is a free, single-purpose tool that runs entirely in your browser. There are no user accounts, no mailing list and no support team — which means there is no email address to write to and no ticket system to file into. This page exists to say that plainly rather than to present a contact form that goes nowhere.
What the site can help with
Almost everything people ask about is already answered on the site itself:
- How to use the generator — the step-by-step how-to guide covers every option.
- What the options mean — the formats guide explains segments, separators, character sets and check digits.
- Whether generated serials are valid licenses — they are not. This is explained in the FAQ and in the honest-limits box on the generator page.
- Privacy questions — the privacy policy describes exactly what the site does and does not collect (nothing).
What the site cannot help with
- Recovering lost product keys or serial numbers for software or hardware you own — only the vendor or manufacturer can do that.
- Generating keys that activate real software — the tool produces random strings, by design.
- Account, billing or subscription issues — there are no accounts and nothing is sold here.
A note on misuse
Generated serials are random strings for testing and mockups. They are not valid licenses for any software and must not be used to impersonate genuine product keys.
