How the tool works
SerialMint is a static website. When you press Generate, your own browser draws random characters using the built-in Web Crypto API (crypto.getRandomValues) and displays the results on the page. No request is sent to any server during generation, because there is no server-side component — the entire tool is a single JavaScript file that runs on your device.
What we collect: nothing
- No accounts. There is no sign-up, no login and no user profile.
- No cookies. The site does not set any cookies, tracking or otherwise.
- No analytics or tracking. No third-party scripts, pixels or beacons are loaded.
- No stored data. Your options and generated serials exist only in the page's memory while it is open. Refresh the page and they are gone. Nothing is written to local storage.
Downloads and clipboard
When you use Download .txt, the file is created locally in your browser and saved to your device — it is never uploaded anywhere. When you use Copy all or click a serial, the text goes to your operating system's clipboard, which stays on your device.
Third parties
Because no data leaves your device, no data is shared with third parties. The fonts used by the site are loaded from the visitor's system font stack and common web-font fallbacks; no external font service is required for the site to function.
Children
The site collects no personal information from anyone, including children, because it collects no personal information at all.
Changes to this policy
If the site ever changes in a way that affects privacy — for example, if analytics were added — this page will be updated to describe exactly what is collected and why.
